Hello and welcome,
I created this forum as a safe haven for IN Longterm Care Administrators (LNHAs or HFAs) and Residential Care Administrators (RCAs) to gather and discuss our industry openly and anonymously.
Many of us have the same concerns, challenges and questions but we don't have a way to share them with each other - or would rather not due to fear of being judged. Here, we are just a group of like-minded professionals with the same goal; we want to succeed.
Let's help each other, share with one another and support our industry with our own voices. You are anonymous here (unless you choose not to be) in a judgement-free forum.
